Terms of Service

1. The deal. 8noid hosts browser games. Free members play with ads. Pro members ($2.99/month) play ad-free. By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts. You are responsible for your account's security. Don't share accounts, don't impersonate others, don't automate gameplay. Leaderboards are a trust system: abusive score manipulation may reset your scores or suspend your account.

3. Purchase & billing. Pro is billed monthly via Stripe and renews automatically. Cancel anytime — access continues until the period ends. Refunds within 7 days of first purchase on request.

4. Content. All games, artwork and site content belong to 8noid. You get a personal, non-exclusive licence to play them. No scraping, republication, or commercial use without written permission.

5. Availability. The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may add, change or remove games. Pro fees are not prorated for content changes.

6. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 8noid is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability for fraud or anything else the law can't.

7. Changes to terms. We will announce material changes and require re-acceptance where required by law.
